REPILING
The foundation is where the integrity of the home rests. The NZ building standard is the bare minimum for the best of conditions.
We understand which regions have reactive clay, liquid faction, rock, peat, sand and cement like soil. Our standard is far beyond the building standard to ensure your subfloor needs meet the ground your home was built on.

The Uplift standard is always H5 Treated timber. The NZ standard requires 200mm of concrete to a 250mm deep hole. Our standard is a minimum of 450mm wide and deep with the entire hole filled with concrete to ground level. We also add stainless plates to double the fixing for increased peace of mind.

UNDERPINS

The first sign your concrete foundation wall needs repair is gaps between your floors and floor boards. Relative to the cost of your home, an underpin is an essential and affordable fix.

This is a two phase process and because it is done with concrete, it has to be done right the first time with no shortcuts.
